NEWS and NEW SESSION OPTIONS

 In light of what is currently going on in our world, DARAMOVES is now offering remote Virtual Private sessions,as well as group classes. MOVE with Dara Adler through ZOOM. In addition, as the city begins to reopen and we move into Fall, outdoor sessions are an option for those wanting the fresh air after being cooped up for these past several months. Inquire here, and I will be happy to send details. 

 

At moments like this, it can feel confining and isolated. I'm still all for stepping out and taking a walk, but if you are at home, I highly recommend continuing your movement regimen. It's not only good for your body but good for your soul and spirit. Let's keep our immunity strong, by keeping our faith high together and keep you and your health in top form. Try to remain calm, take moments out of your day to recognize your breathing, and know this too shall pass. In the meantime . TO YOUR HEALTH!
