With  20 years in the fitness industry and over 25 as a  Ballet, Modern, and Broadway dancer across the US, Dara brings her knowledge of anatomy and movement directly to you. Her background in dance brings an intuitive knowledge paired with science while assessing your individual needs, knowing you will get what is required at any given point to achieve your fitness, health and well-being goals. Focused and Fun workouts are the aim designed specifically for you in the comfort of your own home, home gym or office. 


In addition, Dara works in corporate fitness. She has taught for Oracle Corp, Penguin Publishing, and Hachette publishing. Teaching group classes keeps your employees alert and inspired when they need a mid-day break, to workout, stretch, and get reinvigorated or end of the workday rejuvenation.


With a variety of fitness modalities and knowledge to choose from we develop a plan together. From Strength Training, Cardio, Pilates, Flexibility Training, Dance Workouts and more.
